My first pedal was one of those chintzy 90's plastic Ibanez Tubescreamers. I think i broke it with my foot. You gotta start somewhere, right?
My next pedal was... oh, do i dare admit it? One of those old, nasty pink DOD Thrash Master FX59. Yeah, it sounded like squealing poop.

I just saw an Ibanez "Soundtank" tubescreamer (plastic) at a pawn shop, selling for $80.
I think they thought it was one of the reissues (metal). LOL!
But my next pedal will be a Fulltone OCD. I didn't believe the hype until I played one at our last concert. The guitarist from the other band let me borrow it and... I'm a believer!

Hi Guys,
Mine was probly a multi FX .. Ummmmm i think the Boss Me-50 .. good little multi effect and still sells well today but the loss of sound for a split second when switching between effects left much to be desired so I moved to out board. then I think my first may have been a hendrix fuz by Jim dunlop which i sold at a car boot for about 5 quid .. dam that was a steal..

Default My first fx pedal

Got it in 1988; a Peavey DEP16 pedal. Flange, Chorus, Delay, one effect at a time. My next was a dirty old pedal that was given to me along with a home-made tube amp with an AM receiver built in. The pedal turned out to be an early model MXR distortion.
