Best Talk Box with Pre-Amp

What is a good talkbox with a built in pre-amp?

I was looking at the Dunlop Heil but I don't want to use a seperate amp just for that pedal. I've heard the Rocktron Banshee is meant to be good, haven't had the chance to try one out though.

You could try building one, they are rather simple to make

Any speaker will do as the driver connected to a pipe, I made one for a joke once in a lemonade bottle and a 0.5w speaker and a solid tube.
